Founded in 2016 by CEO Ian Flanagan as an expense management software for yachting, Voly has expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions that bring together best-of-breed businesses. This process began with Pinpoint Works in 2023, followed by Workrest, Voyonic and most recently, Oceanskies.
